As a Transition Manager, you will be part of a global team responsible for the full lifecycle of customer journeys from RFPs to transition executions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Transition Solution
  • Customizing and sizing transition solutions for various RFPs.
  • Ensuring that transition frameworks, tools, and accelerators are followed.
  • Creating week-on-week transition ramp-up plans and providing inputs for transition budgets based on CoE cost models.
  • Participating in internal reviews to get the transition solution ready.
  • Supporting the creation of transition-related content and presentations for client bid defense.
Transition Executions
  • Managing, performing, and executing transition programs.
  • Monitoring progress against transition schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks or issues via an updated transition risk register.
  • Ensuring critical milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time.
  • Monitoring and reporting against transition resource ramp-up plans.
Transition CoE Initiatives
  • Participating in initiatives to enhance transition frameworks, accelerators, libraries, tools, and templates.
  • Preparing content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing internal and external visibility.

Must-have competencies include good project management skills, experience working on at least one application transition project, logical mindset, and effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
