Job Details

Position: Cloud Backend Engineer

Experience: 9-15 Years

Location: Office

Note: Must have experience with Go.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs for cloud-based applications.
  • Implement microservices and serverless solutions using programming languages like Go.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and resilience in backend services.
Performance Optimization and Scalability
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend services.
  • Implement database optimization strategies, including schema design and query tuning.
  • Scale backend systems to handle increasing loads.
Security
  • Implement security best practices, including encryption and authentication.
Technical Leadership and Mentorship
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Lead code reviews and architectural discussions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work with front-end developers and product managers to develop scalable backend solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms and backend programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of database systems.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
