Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, India. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for generating high-quality service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Upkeep construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data.
  • Perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.
  • Coordinate with senior and technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Must understand IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, and MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint, is preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills are beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial.
  • Interest or experience in the construction industry or how things go together.
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
