Technical Proposal Developer

Deliver compelling technical offers that meet the company's business and financial objectives, ensuring alignment with established policies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and create detailed technical solutions and proposals for industrial automation systems, including LV MCC, LV Switchgear, and LV Drive applications.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive database of technical clarifications and exceptions.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for the region/country regarding LV MCC, LV Switchgear, and LV Drive product range, providing expert technical guidance on resolution development, questions, and information transfer.
  4. Coordinate the design of subsystems and integration of total systems to ensure seamless operation.
  5. Utilize proposal tools to develop technical and commercial proposals, supporting global commercial teams in improving the tool.
  6. Analyze program support deficiencies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet customer expectations for quality, cost-effectiveness, and satisfaction.
  8. Pursue continuous self-improvement in engineering capabilities and share best practices with team members to enhance collective expertise.
  9. Gather and analyze information on the capabilities and applications of LV drives, soft-starters, switchgear, and Motor Control Centers to resolve complex customer requests.
  10. Implement cost-reduction initiatives through the development of reusable engineering standards and processes.
  11. Demonstrate application and technical expertise to achieve repeat orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  12. Seek out opportunities for training and professional development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess intermediate-level expertise in Integrated Architecture, Component and Architecture Class Standard Drives, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Product, Component Industry Control, Networks, and a basic understanding of Motion Control, Low Voltage Product, and Drive System.

A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control/Electronics and 4+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Power Systems is required.
