Our client onboarding team plays a vital role in ensuring customer success with our products. As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships, providing a delightful onboarding experience, and ensuring they get maximum value from our services.
You will track product adoption, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable insights to our product team. Your goal is to make our customers true fans of our services while also listening to their feedback and concerns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in helping people, and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Owning customer onboarding and giving customers a delightful onboarding experience.
- Tracking product adoption for our customers, ensuring they are getting maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue.
