Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented performance marketing specialist to manage multiple client accounts, drive campaign optimization and build strong client relationships.

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Understanding of e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
