Drive Sales Performance

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will bridge the gap between marketing and sales to drive performance and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and maintain sales content such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop training programs to onboard and continuously upskill the sales team on product knowledge, tools, and best practices.
  • Sales Playbooks: Create and update sales playbooks to support reps with strategies and scripts throughout the sales process.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless content alignment and sales strategy.
  • Tool Management: Oversee and optimize sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management platforms) and train reps on their use.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously optimize based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing alignment.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, content management systems).
  • Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring sales enablement impact.
