About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our luxury glamping resort in the Himalayas. The role will involve managing guest inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Guest Inquiries: Ensure personalized booking experiences for guests.
  • Drive Room Sales: Promote luxury camping packages to maximize occupancy.
  • Handle Modifications and Cancellations: Maintain high standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate reservation and sales records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
  • Skills: Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
