Your RoleYou will help trial users see value fast and turn into long-term, paying customers. This requires owning relationships with trial users, making them successful and true fans of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Drive trial conversions by engaging users early, understanding their goals, and showing them a clear path to value.
- Proactively unblock stuck accounts and get them back on track.
- Lead high-touch onboarding and activation — especially for high-potential users.
- Partner with product, sales, and growth teams to share insights and improve the overall trial experience.
- You genuinely like helping people and feel fulfilled when your customers succeed.
- You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role where you've driven outcomes and revenue.
- You like being consultative, talking about ROI, business outcomes, and what matters most to our customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with customer success, account management, or a similar role.
