Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to key business functions—corporate and retail; drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Own employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
Payroll Management:
- Manage monthly payroll for corporate employees, retail employees, and third-party contractual employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for accurate and timely disbursement.
- Validate salary inputs and handle payroll reconciliation.
Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance.
- Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure documentation and filings are up-to-date.
- Conduct internal audits and document reviews.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR / PGDHRM with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with payroll and Google Workspace/Google sheets.
