Web Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven individual to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

  • This role involves designing and implementing a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  • The ideal candidate will configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • Responsibilities include defining and implementing event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • The successful candidate will build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
  • Tracking critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points is also essential.
  • The role requires optimizing tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
  • A/B testing and user segmentation strategies will be used to evaluate and enhance performance.
  • Ensuring tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations is crucial.
  • The ideal candidate will validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
  • Building real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel is also required.
  • Staying current with privacy regulations and ensuring compliance via cookie consent management using OneTrust is necessary.
  • Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A proven track record in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
  • A strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
  • An ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
