Job Title: Senior Integrated Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual to work with leading brands and deliver innovative solutions that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency, with excellent knowledge of print, digital, and film production.

You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop campaign scopes, estimates, and schedules. Your role will involve coordinating development and delivery among various project participants, prioritizing and managing workload, and building relationships with clients and partners.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to mitigate risks and plan for future issues. You will be accountable for the financial profitability of projects and actively manage cost overruns and time logged daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation:
    • Receive new briefs and transform unclear briefs into well-prepared briefs where applicable
    • Guide and advise production teams on crew, talent, location, insurance, and logistics coordination
    • Calculate accurate budgets for each project and gain client sign-off, ensuring all parties are aware of budget limitations
  • Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control:
    • Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants
    • Prioritize and manage workload of the project team
    • Build partner relationships and ensure needs and requirements are addressed while following best practices
    • Monitor progress of project delivery within scope and budget with planned resources
    • Prepare status reports for stakeholders and actively manage control of project progress using weekly action points
  • Client Communication:
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to understand project requirements, challenges, and vision
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency, with good knowledge of print, digital, and film production
  • Able to manage heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing
  • Previous experience of resource and production services sourcing
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios and shooting for CGI pack replacements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to refine key skills for running a business
  • Positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide best solution for each project owned
  • Unafraid to ask questions and innate ability to identify and manage project risk
  • Champion effective and personable communications with all stakeholders
  • Use initiative and be proactive in everything done
