Visual Creative Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with the ability to conceptualize and bring innovative ideas to life. We are seeking a highly skilled visual creative specialist to join our team, focusing on creating engaging visual assets that effectively communicate client stories.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for someone who can translate briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization & Design: Develop compelling designs that meet and exceed client expectations, working closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where creativity thrives, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all visual elements, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines as needed.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh perspectives and bold ideas to every project.
  • Adaptation & Production: Deliver high-quality, production-ready files for both digital and print outputs, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience; agency experience preferred.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Theoretical Knowledge: Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals, strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
