We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and finance, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

The Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting single-family homes, including rent, capex, hoa, property taxes, and as-repaired values. They will also participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking the assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate or finance
  • 3+ years of experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate-related disciplines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Top-ranked performer with a track record of success (academic, professional)
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals
