Real Estate Investment Analyst

- Support the investments role in the real estate sector.
Our client is a globally established private equity firm with a presence across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to financial modeling and underwriting for acquisitions.
- Conduct market and property-level research; maintain databases.
- Prepare investment drafts and presentations.
- Assist with due diligence and market analysis.
- Follow standardized processes; participate in quality reviews.
- Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
- 5-7 years of experience in mid-office or front-office investment banking, real estate private equity funds, or real estate valuations teams.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Argus and CoStar experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation, financial modeling, underwriting, and market research.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; adaptable and professional.
