Elite Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to drive our hiring efforts in India.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract top tech talent from across Kerala, TN, and other key markets in India.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new sources to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and data insights to drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create a seamless candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Drive accountability through metrics like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A results-driven mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
  • A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus — helps you speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
  • Self-driven, thrives on challenges, and has the grit to win in competitive markets.
