Cloud Engineer Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of innovative cloud solutions.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools.\
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.\
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations.\
  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.\
  • Use AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.\
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure efficient integration and deployment processes.\
  • Monitor, log, and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.\

This role requires strong technical skills and experience with cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering.\
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.\
  • 2+ years of scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.\
  • 2+ years of working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.\
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.\
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AWS Cloud-related issues.\
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying and supporting AWS-native applications.\
  • 1+ year of experience using AWS CDK to provision infrastructure as code (IaC).\
