Job Description

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead our paid campaign efforts across digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in healthcare marketing, with a strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and trust-driven campaign strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
