About the Role

This position oversees the coordination and operation of email marketing projects. The individual will be responsible for overseeing development and deployment of emails, performing QA testing to ensure that content renders well across email clients, and coordinating with developers and client contacts.

Responsibilities include scheduling emails, guiding clients on account protocols, processing and uploading distribution lists, and pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set, preferably with familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role requires the ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy. Additionally, the candidate must be able to identify potential roadblocks or delays with projects and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing QA testing to ensure the following:
  • Email content renders well across email clients (mobile, desktop, etc.)
  • Email content and links match the client submission
  • Content is proofed and error-free
  • Coordinate with client contacts to secure approval of emails, and address any edits that may be needed
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and clearly answering questions (e.g., regarding use of proper email templates, etc.)
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists
  • Pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing reports with clients
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
