">The Role

You will be responsible for business management (planning and administration) in Global Corporate & Investment Banking.

You will work closely with our Head of GCIB to develop and implement business strategies, monitor departmental performance, and track revenue and expense budgets.

You will also be responsible for developing MIS reports, analyzing research materials, and presenting financial models and projections to Senior Management.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of business strategy and lead the implementation of global and/or regional initiatives.
  • Monitor departmental financial and KPI performance, assess against projected targets, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Track departmental revenue and expense budgets, manage MIS reporting, and provide updates to HQ and regional teams.
  • Analyze research material, develop financial models, and present recommendations to Senior Management.
What We Are Looking For
  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships.
  • Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach, and able to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
