With a passion for technology and problem-solving, you'll develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.

We're looking for an engineer who is curious, hacky, and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in backend engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
