Senior Python Backend Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and modern backend architecture. You will be responsible for building scalable services that power our AI-driven platform, working at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and machine learning.

About The Role:

  • To design and build scalable backend services and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Architect and implement robust, fault-tolerant systems
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers for system integration
  • Optimize performance, resource utilization, and deployment efficiency
  • Make architecture decisions for scalability and reliability
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in backend development using Python
  • Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI
  • Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
  • Proficient in REST APIs, GraphQL
  • Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • CI/CD pipeline tools: GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI
  • Strong background in unit & integration testing
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and serverless computing
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
  • Experience with Javascript or Typescript
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration workflows
