Highly Skilled Software Engineer Leader

Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our technical direction and platform execution. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our engineering team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend, platform, or systems engineering with 7–10 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
The successful candidate will possess deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments. They will also have a proven track record of designing and scaling complex systems and APIs, as well as experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
