Senior Architect Role

Drive concept design, schematic layouts and presentations to align with ethos, sustainability goals and local building codes.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our architectural team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving concept design, schematic layouts and design presentations to ensure they align with our company's ethos, sustainability goals and local building codes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project timelines, budgets and site execution to meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants for timely coordinated outputs.
  • Prepare and oversee GFC drawings, detailed drawings and tender documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Haves:
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes & bye-laws, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms.
  • Construction detailing, materials and services integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.

Software Proficiency

  • Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp.
  • Visualization & Rendering: Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion.
  • Graphics & Presentation: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Project Coordination & Documentation: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam / Acrobat.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution.
  • COA registration (mandatory).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
