Job Title: Principal Interior Designer

As a lead designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Your role involves collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and providing expert design advice.

The job requires working closely with various departments to improve design offerings and ensure seamless project execution. You will also analyze sales reports and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in the field.
  • Site experience is mandatory, with the ability to confidently install proposed designs.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Strong communication skills to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with local language proficiency desirable.
