Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice processes.

Working Conditions:

  • Night shifts may be required.
  • The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to work from home or at an office location as per client requirements.
