Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with questions about mortgage products, payments, and account details.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Participate in training programs to build knowledge in mortgage processes and customer service best practices.
  • Work closely with team members and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
