Job Title: Digital Advertising Director

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our social media advertising efforts. As a Digital Advertising Director, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to meet business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet business objectives such as sales and brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage ad budgets to ensure effective allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Run and monitor ad campaigns daily, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance adjustments.
  • Lead, supervise, and examine the marketing team's work to ensure campaign quality and alignment with goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  2. Ad Budget Management: Develop and manage ad budgets to ensure effective allocation of spend across campaigns.
  3. Campaign Monitoring: Run and monitor ad campaigns daily to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and examine the marketing team's work to ensure campaign quality and alignment with goals.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of ad spend management, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience running, monitoring, and adjusting paid social campaigns.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
