Financial Claims Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Claims Operations Representative to join our team. As an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with their claims and providing exceptional service.
About this Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers by capturing all relevant information about their claims.
- Conducting research to provide updates on the status of new and existing claims.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience through thorough research of complex account activity and taking appropriate actions to resolve claims.
- Providing routine customer support by maintaining a balance between exceptional customer service and solid investigative research while answering incoming calls in a call center environment.
- Receiving direction from team leads and escalating questions and issues to more experienced roles.
- Collaborating with colleagues on day-to-day issues and networking with functional areas to create a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ months of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, good basic calculations skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
