Job Description:

We're seeking a high-achieving Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional results through innovative campaign execution and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads accounts to achieve client goals
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, creating experiments to optimize performance
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics and other KPIs
  • Collaborate on creative ideation for ad creatives and video content
  • Monitor monthly campaign spend and plan for upcoming months
  • Lead client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates
  • Coordinate with team members using Slack and project management tools to ensure seamless execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:

  • At least 1 year experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
