Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional to turn Atlassian products into a seamless workplace platform. This role requires ownership of strategy, integrations, and adoption, while ensuring user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the Atlassian product roadmap, maintain the product backlog, and prioritize work to deliver value.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points, map processes, and translate them into innovative solutions.
  • Lead discovery workshops, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to unlock new ways of working.
  • Integrate Jira and Confluence with other SaaS tools using APIs, marketplace apps, and automations.
  • Curate and govern plugins, ensuring performance, security, and measurable ROI.
  • Design dashboards and OKRs to surface insights, track adoption, and tell clear stories with data.
  • Champion change management by crafting communication plans, delivering live training, and publishing self-service content.
  • Define and audit permission models balancing collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Upskill the Global Service Desk team to scale end-user support.
  • Optimize performance by removing unused objects in Jira.
  • Support content management best practices in Confluence.
