**Structural BIM Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a skilled BIM Professional to join our team as a Structural BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dynamo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedules and updates of the models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.
  2. Delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  3. Performing QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models.
  4. Preparing drawing packages.
  5. Developing technical capabilities of BIM LOD 300 with knowledge of 400 and 500.
  6. Coordinating and developing designs from construction through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  7. Managing 3D models, reviewing model quality, and technical content including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  8. Analyzing models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  9. Having knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  10. Experiencing Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
