Are you a skilled professional with expertise in BIM modelling and coordination?

We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and 3D modelling experience using Revit Software.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination, proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
  • Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modelling:
  • Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
