Job Title: BIM Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator MEP to join our team. This role involves reviewing and coordinating various disciplines of 3D models for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, expertise in BIM software, and a commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP disciplines' 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate design coordination and clash-free models.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in a BIM environment.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-12 years as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
