We are seeking a highly skilled back-end developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. They should have technical depth along with collaboration skills to thrive in agile environments.
- A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, with emphasis on back-end development.
- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Front-end development experience using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- A solid understanding of microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in REST API design with focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms; exposure to other providers is an advantage.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and tools like Kafka.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Cloud or system design certifications will be considered a plus.
