We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled engineer to join our team as a Lead Electrical Systems Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design, power electronics, and system architecture. They will be responsible for leading the design and development of cutting-edge electrical systems and power electronics.

The selected candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough analysis on new architectures and products using FMECA, simulations, and modeling.

They will ensure that all designs meet certification standards and requirements, and will review and approve designs, documents, and test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems and power electronics
  • Define system architecture, requirements, and component-level specifications
  • Conduct analysis on new architectures and products using FMECA, simulations, and modeling
  • Ensure designs meet certification standards and requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Deep understanding of power supply design, power converters, analog and digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, and transformer/inductor design
  • Experience in multiple product development stages, including circuit design, simulations, manufacturing, and validation
