Job Title:

Process Systems Designer

Responsibilities:

The Process Systems Designer will lead the design and development of process systems and equipment for various projects, working closely with project managers to define deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.

Key tasks include developing process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and other detailed engineering documentation; performing process simulations, heat and mass balance calculations, and sizing of equipment; and reviewing process designs and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

Additionally, this role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality results.

  • Manage process engineering design and execution within projects.
  • Work with project managers to define project deliverables.
  • Develop process designs and specifications.
  • Review process designs and specifications.

This is a critical position that plays a key role in delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of experience in process design engineering, preferably with a focus on large-scale industrial, chemical, or manufacturing projects.

Required skills and qualifications include knowledge of process design principles, including fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and process control, as well as experience with process simulation software and design tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and project teams.
