Customer Service Associate Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver front-line customer service to clients, agents, and internal customers via chat/email.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
  • Process and log incoming chats/emails into the CRM system.
  • Identify client needs, forward, and escalate inquiries to relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years experience in chat support requiring regular scheduled shifts.
  • Posesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient experience using a computer with Windows PC applications requiring a keyboard, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous industry experience involving insurance products where interactions were handled for clients inquiring about payments, policy information, or claims.
