About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned assurance professional to lead our team as an Assurance Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review.

  • Plan, assess risks, test, and complete audits with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage medium to complex engagements with ease and confidence.
  • Develop time budgets and coordinate audit requests effectively.
  • Mentor junior staff on technical issues and provide guidance and support.
  • Communicate with Senior Managers on work status and client issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain Client Relationships by focusing on quality and service excellence.
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Inter-CA/ACCA/CPA/CA certification with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and strong communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ISA.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage ambiguity with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
