Warehouse Supervisor Job

The Saint-Gobain Glass manufacturing unit is one of the strategic investments in western India with the acquisition of a glass company in 2011.

Located at Central Gujarat, the state-of-the-art float glass plant has an area of 150 acres with its capacity to produce 550 MT of clear glass per day having the accolade of producing clear glass with less than 650 ppm of Iron setting a high quality benchmark standard within India and globally.

We take pride in setting this benchmark for our TVC campaign of Clear Glass.

The campus also uniquely positioned an in-house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand/per day.

We have made a strategic investment on value added products like Shower Cubicles business to cater to Home and Hospitality segments.

The site today has uniquely positioned itself over a decade to attract many future investments in India.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Finished Goods - Particularly Warehouse and Dispatch which comes at end of Manufacturing Process
  • Responsible for receipt from Float Responsible for Safety & in warehouse Bays
  • Manage storage & Serviceability in warehouse bays
  • Responsible for traceability and retrievability of material
  • Responsible for bay audits and reporting
  • Responsible for Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of Forklift operations and EOT
  • Knowledge on optimization of space, consumables
  • Knowledge on inventory management
  • Knowledge about warehouse activity
  • Knowledge about Cycle Audit
  • Knowledge about Material Storing
  • Knowledge about making inward and invoice
  • Knowledge in Location accuracies

Required Qualifications-

  • Diploma - Engineering (Any stream) with Good Academic record
  • 2-4 years
