Job Opportunity

A Fabrication Supervisor is required to oversee the production fabrication team in our Satara Plant. This role involves planning and managing daily fabrication activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving productivity.

  • Plan and manage daily fabrication activities according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards are met.
  • Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools effectively.
  • Drive productivity (output per man-day), minimize rework, and reduce delays.
  • Ensure timely WPS, NDT clearances and material traceability.

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, welding symbols.
  • Leadership and hands-on supervision skills.
