Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions, and monitor quality of service delivery. Analysts will work with teams around the world to define best practice, design and optimize scalable workflows that align to company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Business Processes: Identify opportunities for standardization, improvement or automation
  • Process Documentation: Collaborate across teams, geographies, and tools to deliver high-quality documentation
  • Project Leadership: Ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget
  • Cross-Functional Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of best-fit solutions
  • Progress Monitoring: Track activity, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and recommend actions
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all work

Required Skills and Experience:

  • English Fluency: Upper-Intermediate level required
  • Effective Communication: Verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Global environment required
  • Business Process Modelling: Basic understanding required
  • Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with methodologies required
  • Team Management: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with Monday.com preferred but not mandatory
  • Ecommerce Systems: Understanding and experience a plus

This is a full-time role based in Lucknow, India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a basic understanding of business process modelling and data analysis tools.
