Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Lead, you will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow strategies to meet business objectives
  • Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to improve incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy ServiceNow configurations
  • Analyze and optimize ServiceNow performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs
  • Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems)
Leadership Qualities:
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams
