Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ROI-focused paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, and other performance platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications.
  • Experience in high-growth industries.
  • Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
