IT Specialist Servicenow Expert

The goal of this position is to manage and support the Servicenow platform. This includes day-to-day administration, ensuring smooth upgrades, monitoring performance, maintaining security, and enforcing governance standards.
To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced administrator with a strong background in ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Servicenow administration, a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day administration of Servicenow, including user management and configuration.
- Ensuring smooth upgrades, monitoring performance, maintaining security, and enforcing governance standards.
- Collaborating with IT teams to provide user support and document processes.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Servicenow administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
