Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
  • Autonomous programming skills with one language/scripting.
  • Proficient in databases with good understanding of SQL queries.
  • Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX operating system expertise.
Operational Skills:
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate US, EMEA & APAC regions.
Soft Skills / Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Customer engagement experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and have learnability skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Network protocols and security knowledge (encryption, authentication, certificates).
  • Axway MFT products expertise (XFB, Gateway, SecureTransport).
  • Strong knowledge of data communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S).
  • Trading Partner Profile Management and configuration experience.
  • Cloud awareness with troubleshooting logging/debugging skills.
  • Experience with managed services and product support (L2/L3).
