Job Overview:
The IAM Quality Analyst plays a crucial role in the Identity and Access Management Continuous Improvements initiative, stabilizing and enhancing the existing SailPoint environment.
This involves ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management, improving data quality, reducing operational risks, and laying the foundation for automation and future scalability across the identity infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
- Liaise with project teams, provide updates at daily stand-ups, and record accurate test results in JIRA.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and share learnings with team members.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a QA role, preferably in IT Security related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management.
- University Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management suites, computing platforms, operating systems, and databases.
- Familiarity with Java programming, SQL, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
