Senior Test Lead

 

Role Overview:

A senior test lead is responsible for leading the development of manual and automated tests to ensure that software meets requirements and works as expected.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex applications, including mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain a range of tests, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product management, and QA to identify testing needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with team members to define and implement best practices for testing methodologies.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on testing techniques and tools to team members.

 

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and industry-standard testing frameworks.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential testing areas.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate team members.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
