Drive talent acquisition and business partnering across a territory.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent, reduce hiring time, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters, ensuring high-quality hires and met goals.
  • Define and monitor recruitment metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health.
  • Oversee the employee life cycle process from job requisition to onboarding, engagement, and exit.
  • Implement a strong sourcing strategy to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with zone leadership to develop manpower requirements and maintain a competent workforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization.
  • Address general employee queries within defined TAT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen leadership connect.
  • Provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint (5+ years) in BFSI sector.
  • Postgraduate in HR or MBA in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in Telugu and English preferred.
