Lead Medical Liaison Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our scientific engagement with medical experts in India. As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships and driving business growth through effective stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical experts to support key initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and experts aligned with business objectives
  • Design and execute tailored engagement plans to drive business outcomes
  • Provide timely and accurate scientific information to respond to unsolicited inquiries
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure smooth trial execution and site education
  • Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) processes upon request
  • Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and medical affairs processes
  • Proficiency in scientific communication, including medical writing and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of disease management, drug development, and epidemiology
  • Ability to analyze and present clinical data effectively
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
